Job Description:
HR Assistant Manager
As an HR AM Trainee, this role will involve gaining experience of all aspects of human resources but start from staffing function. This role will work with a view of HR officer level to fit in the whole HR operation portfolio.

Qualification requirements:
· 2010 MBA grdaute
· 3-5 years demonstrable HR experience in multinational company

Finance Project Manager
GENERAL INFORMATION
· Position Title: Finance Project Manager
· Department: Finance
· Location: Beijing
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP
· Reports to: Finance Controller
· Directly Supervises: 0
RESPONSIBILITY
· Be the member of SAP core team to ensure successful project go-live
· Take charge of the implementation of RTP (Request-To-Payment) module
· Recommend and implement change to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the business within area of responsibility
· Coordinate with related function to deal with the changes incurred during the implementation of the new process
· Train the end users
· Ad Hoc finance project
· Job rotation to accounting team
Qualification requirement
A) Education: University degree with major in finance/business/economics
B) Experiences or skills:
· 7 years above working experiences with MNC, FMCG preferred.
· SAP or other ERP implementation experience preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong leadership skills in sense of urgency and conflict management
· Effectively bi-lingual in Chinese and English (CET 6)
