Description
This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for managing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at accounts. Develop relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts. Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts. Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel’s strategic direction of: (1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term'' and (2) increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer. Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination. Develop a clear understanding of Intel’s business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
Qualifications
- Major in customer/account sales/mgmt, experience with OEM preferred
- PC industry knowledge & analysis capability , familiar with PC industry chain and business model;
- PC company org, process & power base; familiar with market status and products; experience with retail or commercial
- Influence expertise to customer from executive level with product/roadmap, marketing, retail/channel or ecosystem etc.
- Desire to make the changes, work under pressure and ambiguity.
- Systematic, strategic, innovative, fast learner.
- Good communication skill, stake holder management, and team work.
- Fluent English & Chinese, comfort to work in/with diversified culture (internally & externally).

Description
In this position, you will be responsible for sales with certain customers within a specified territory. You are responsible for developing Intel's channel business (sale of Intel boxed products) with city and provincial resellers and VARs which range from Desktop CPU, Server CPU, Server motherboard and SSD etc. Your focused biz segment is SMB (including i-café), you will be part of 'channel vertical sale team ', North China, MCG. You will be reporting to the Regional Vertical Sales Manager. You are responsible for maintaining good relationships and effective communication with others on your regional team as well as with others in the central sales and marketing teams. This position is an individual contributor role.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Intel business and sales relationship with their assigned customers
- As a sales employee, the employee is compensated on commission. The commission plan is based upon achieving or exceeding quantitative business objectives and assigned quotas. Objectives may include volume, revenue, MSS and/or product mix of the customers they call on as well as performance objectives defined by management
- Responsible for managing existing customers as well as developing new customers
- Responsible for executing sales and vertical programs with assigned customers as well as providing input to the sales and vertical programs office regarding development of new programs. This includes helping to prioritize overall Intel sales and marketing regional investments for sales and marketing initiatives
- Responsible for providing input to other Intel team members regarding requirements for business and/or marketing programs which will help drive Intel product demand and build the Intel brand
- Working closely with Intel distributors and Intel customers in their territory to ensure product availability. Additionally, the CAM will be assisting in moving Intel product into other SMB channel.
- Working to ensure that customer's technical and commercial issues are identified, communicated to the appropriate parties and promptly addressed
- Tracking market trends which may impact sales and their customers and define actions to address the trends
- Responsible for understanding Intel business practices including pricing, forecasting, vendor practices, terms and conditions, distribution, sales practices and code of ethics
Qualifications
You should be a graduate with a relevant technical Bachelor’s degree,
- Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluency in speaking, reading and writing required
- Over 5 years vertical sales work experience, people manager experience prior
- System integration engineer work experience prior
- Knowledge of PRC and local IT/computer industry
- Regional domestic travel required up to 50% of time
- Tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working within a fast paced, changing environment
