主要职责
- Lead sales activities and drive business growth of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Static-Transfer Switches (STS), Automatic-Transfer Switches (ATS), Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors (TVSS) and power quality meters for mission-critical power supply markets.
- Drive growth of distribution channels and business partners, take lead on key projects and make direct sales when needed.
- Explore new markets, new growth points and emerging business opportunities. Identify strategic accounts for market coverage and penetration.
- Support market research. Contribute to new product introduction.
- Execute and fulfill assigned sales operation plans.
- Build internal teams and external resources for long-term sustainable growth.
- Traveling at short notice is required.
任职要求
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or above.
- Minimum 8-year sales experience in power distribution and power quality equipment with 3 years in leadership roles.
