招聘岗位
Assistant to MD（总裁助理）

Job description:
1.       Administer programs, projects assigned by Managing directors
2.       Analyze operating performance, practices, and procedure and develop recommendations to improve efficiency
3.       Serve as liaison with department and province to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications
4.       Assist in the preparation and coordination of records and reports
5.       Organize and coordinate the meeting and event
6.       Perform other related duties as required

Key Qualification:
1.       Bachelor degree or higher
2.       3 year working experience
3.       Self starter, motivated, and eager to learn new things
4.       Able to handle pressure, long working hours
5.       Maintain confidentiality of the company
6.       Excellent command of spoken and written English
7.       Proficiency of PC skill
8.       Ability to manage multiple jobs and detailed oriented
